siberian red - package

every health conscious person i know are talking about antioxidants. what is it?

Antioxidants help counter the unwanted effects of free radicals, primarily those involving oxygen, which form during normal metabolism and through external factors such as UV exposure, every day stresses and
ever-increasing pollution.

putting the 'technically goodness' jargon aside, for a semi-health conscious person like me, it's full natural goodness. it builds and improves your inner health.

before jumping to my opinion...

i'm never a 100% health conscious person. i'm unlike my health conscious friends who believes in lots of exercisings, healthy eatings and taking all sorts of suppliments or anything that's good for your health. my attention span for being healthy is usually very short spanned.

i was interested to try this product because i recently believed in a new diet that promotes well being (briefly mentioned here). siberian red promotes wellbeing which matches my current believe.

based on the information from the website and information leaflet received, it seems to target athletes. i'm basically an excerciseless person. so i followed the instruction for 'general health use'.

my thoughts

the elixir has a very strong smell. reminds me of chinese medicines. if you know chinese medicine, there are all sorts of strong smells that could drive you away. this is the least off-putting smell.

the elixir itself is deep dark red. which doesn't look too pleasing.

adding these 2 sensual factors, i wanted to chicken out. but since i made a commitment to review the product, i should at least try it.

of course you don't drink straight out of bottle.

after it's fully mixed with water, the scent will fade. it's still there, but very faintly. the taste wasn't too bad either. it's like a slightly flavored water. i was able to gulp down the whole cut in one go. not bad for the first try.

once i went past the initial obstacle, i had no problem with subsequent intakes. the smell didn't bother me much after 2 days. and the slight flavor intially detected seems like nothing. i feel like i was drinking water. just need to do a bit more work than drinking plain water.

i managed to drink it every morning for the first week. did i tell you my attention to healthy eating is usually very short? sometimes i forgot. sometimes i had to rush out of the house and didn't have time. then came school holiday when i took one week off and managed to force myself back into routine. and when the holiday was over, it's when i remember kind of thing.

the result? probably due to my irregular intakes, after a month, i do not notice much difference to my body and health. i still feel the same before and after.

i've been quite healthy for the past month. there were no major changes to my lifestyle.

the only major change is possibly the unstable sydney weather. it's going back and forth between hot and cold around the end of september and beginning of october. i did feel unwell and thought i'd be sick. i didn't. can this be attributed to siberian red?

for those who are health conscious, you may want to try it to improve your inner health.

siberian red is available from chemists australia-wide. rrp aud$74.95 for 100ml and aud$39.95 for 50ml.

product was sent for consideration. i'm not affiliated and no monetary compensation recieved.
