i like meatball pasta but i've never tried making it at home because i'm lazy. it seems so much preparation. i was so glad i found i lazy way to do it. no i didn't invent it. i'm not that creative with cooking. it's inspired from someone cooking on tv.

the secret to the laziness in this recipe?

sausages! the meat in the sausage is already 'flavored' with herbs etc. you don't need to mix the meat yourself.

i prefer gourmet sausages. they taste better.

just skin the sausages and break the meat into pieces.

i don't have most ingredients. so i use what i have in my kitchen and pantry.

heat oil. add garlic. add diced onions. add meatballs. when the meat is browned, add can of puree tomatoe or any pasta sauce. simmer for about 10-15 mins.
