15ml cleanser samples from neutrogena. the mini tubes are so cute.
i got these samples from mil, who recieved these from shopping center. she seems to get samples all the time. i don't have much luck getting them.
i used to use neutrogena during my oily face days. i haven't used them for a long time. in addition, there are only limited range in australia. i didn't know neutrogena has makeup line until i read about them on the internet!
included in the samples, from left to right, fresh foaming cleanser, deep cleangentle scrub, extra gentle cleanser and oil free acne wash.
as you know it's winter in australia and my skin gets very dry in this season. the review is based on my dry skin.
fresh foaming cleanser is a makeup remover and cleanser in one. i'm not a fan of using a 2-in-one cleanser. i don't feel my makeup is completely removed nor my skin is thoroughly cleansed. i didn't try it as makeup remover. but as a cleanser, it makes my skin feeling extremely tight afterwards.
deep clean gentle scrub, as the name suggests, is a very gentle scrub. the grains are very fine and gentle. so gentle i don't feel the scrubs working at all. and again, it dries my skin. bad idea to use scrub on my dry skin.
extra gentle cleanser claims to add back moisture to your skin everytime it's used. this is the only one in the sample that doesn't not leave my skin feeling tight. i do not feel the moisture it claims. my skin is probably too dry and absorb everything. this is probably good for skins that's not as dry as mine.
i didn't try the acne wash. i don't have acne. when you think acne, you think about oily skin. most cleansers for oily skins seem to strip oil. i doubt i have any oils left to be stripped...
