i'm talking about ordering my beauty diary mask from sasa.com. this is a followup to my previous entry.
finally got a reply via email 3 days after my 2nd failed order attempt. this time i'm told to try again with IE browser.
somehow i got the feeling that no one 100% understands english or my problem. try with a different browser... typical answer when you don't know what the problem is. i work in this industry, i know.
website that works on IE only or better on a single browser = fail.
my main issue is, the shopping cart is emptied when the order process fails. just can't be bother to do it again and again...
i did a few online research and a lot of complaints were to do with delivery time, which can be months. i wanted to get something as x'mas present for myself and even if the order was successful i probably won't get it before x'mas.
in conclusion, i'm not getting it. at least not from this online store.
