isadora eye shadow quartet in golden rainbow. i bought this many years ago. i think it's discontinued because it's not listed on its product page.

i didn't use this palette much because i felt the colors were too vibrant. i wasn't very adventurous back then. ie i was boring. even though i had many colorful eye shadows, i always ended up using very 'safe' neutral colors. i didn't want to ended up looking like drag queens!

it was until recent years i start to explore more colors. it's somewhat latecoming since most would link colorful with youth. i seem too old for that!

this has become my current love because it's spring here in australia. we need some vibrant cheerful colors for spring and summer. you get endless combinations out of it.

and i don't look like a drag queen using all the colors at once. at least i don't think so... >.>

not to forget the applicator. most sponge applicators disintegrate after some period of time. from brands like revlon, maybelline, cover girl, max factor... they fall into pieces after a while. i was surprised this one is still in good condition. it's still in one piece after washing!

i think most people use brush to apply eye shadow because most applicators that come with most eye shadow sucks. with this one, i can get some good application out of it! esp using the pointy tips to draw eye liner. perfect!
