toy cosmetic set

with x'mas around the cornor, there are all sorts of toys. including toy cosmetic box.

pretty girl set her eyes on it. but she didn't ask me to buy it as her x'mas present. she knows as a kid she should not wear makeup. she needs to take good care of skin so that when she grows up she has a nice skin to wear makeup. <-- i gave her that bs. haha!

if she really wants to play with makeup, i'd rather her playing with my makeup than toy makeups. you don't know what's in there. esp these toys are made in china. when things are made in china, you just have to be extra careful. i hear too many horrible stories.

i was interested in coastal scents palettes when it was madly raved at youtubes. but it turned me off when i found out they were made in china. at that price, i'm very sceptical.

yea i was planning to get that and found out it was made in china, and i totally forgot about the poison baby formula... maybe that's why i waited.(truthfully, i wanted to wait for it to go on sale like a 15-25%) too good to be true. /cry

A likes to use a bit of my makeup, but only on her arms (my rule). She wants a bratz doll that you can put makeup on for christmas but I ended up getting her a bratz doll whose hair you can color. Even though she knows I don't like her wearing makeup, she ends up playing with friends' toy makeup when she goes over for playdates. What can you do?

@tricia, yeah it's out of your control when it happens at someone else's place. you can only do that much.
