this was a look i went to work with yesterday. when pretty girl saw me, she said, 'you look like a monster. a pretty one.' i don't know if i should take that as a complement because she added 'pretty'...

on my eyes:

• primed with udpp followed by tfsi
• bokeh face eyeshadow in rapunzel at inner 2/3 of the lids, inner corners and lower lashline - it's a nice golden color
• evil shades eyeshadow in singing waters at outer corner on top and bottom lids
• brown from pf gel cream liner for brown eyes to tightline the top lashline and give a small flick at the end
• black rose minerals eyeshadow in nightingale to line the top lashline
• maybelline volum' express one by one mascara

the eyes are not the main focus of the look. it's my lips! i guess it's the dark lips that makes me a 'monster' in a 6-year-old's eyes.

i used 2 shades on my lips. first a light layer of blue with morgana cryptoria lip balm in starburst followed by morgana cryptoria lipstick in azalea blue.

when i went shopping at myer after lunch, my lips got complimented from a male staff handing out perfume card samples. he wore makeup, lots. i've never seen men in that much makeup in real life. and he looked damn good! i don't know if he's makeup artist or what. but from his makeup and the way he dressed, i take that he has some stylish sense. getting compliment from someone stylish, i'm over the moon!!
