how was everyone's x'mas?

there's not much x'mas celebrating at the pretty household, apart from the kids opening their presents. the boy is old enough to know where the gifts come from. pretty girl still tries to look for the imaginary chimney where santa comes from.

we stayed home most times because shops were closed. we went out briefly to buy essentials when most shops were opened for 1/2 day.

it's one of the coolest x'mas in recent years.

i wore minimal makeup. concealer. brow powder. mascara. blush. lip gloss.

i like the mascara. i think it makes my short sparse lashes look more visible. but... i really can't stand the smell. thank goodness the smell doesn't linger forever!

i looked a bit tired without tightlining my upper lashline. i decided not to use it because the pencil that i've been swearing by smudges on me. it's waterproof and has been working well most times until summer come. i guess the heat causes it to melt more...

on my lips, l'oreal glam shine in muse . not sure if this is still available. i haven't used this for a long time and using it again reminds me why i don't like it. it's not glossy. the shiny effect comes from some glittery elements, which looks odd. the color also gradually fades without drinking anything!
