can't believe 2011 is over and now we're into 2012! hope everyone have a great year ahead!

i did a light smokey brown eyes. i was going for a darker look but the base i used was light and i wasn't sure if a dark brown would go with it.

i used laura mercier metallic creme eye color in alloy as base applied all over the lid. this product is said to be creaseproof but it creases on me. i want to tried the 'sandwich' method often mentioned in pixiwoo's makeup tutorials to see if will last on me.

bokeh face (no longer exists) eyeshadow in tom cruise was applied on the lid, blended, and applied, and blended a few times ('sandwich' the shadows). bourjois clubbing waterproof eyepencil in black party was used to messily line the eyes, then blended out with black rose minerals eyeshadow in shroom (i was going to use the same eyeshadow, but that was a sample came in clam shells and you know how messy it is when you try to open and close it again...)

i didn't bring the color on the lower eyes as low since i don't look good with that much color on the lower eyes.

on my face i used bourjois healthy mix gel foundation in #52 on the center of my face, then mixed with face of australia mineral therapy illuminator in angel mist and applied on the rest of the face. nars blush in orgasm on my cheeks.

on my lips, de leon cosmetics lipstick balm #10 and maybelline color sensational the shine lipcolor in sugar plum.

as with the 'sandwich' method and using laura mercier creme eyecolor as base, my right eyes still creased shortly afterwards. my left eyes starts to crease after 3 hrs. i'm just one of those people with 'difficult' eyes.
