monolid makeup tutorial by frmheadtotoe.
i've seen some local monolid korean girls with very nice eyeliners, but never really worked out how they did it. this makeup tutorial basically answered my question.
i didn't re-create the look, because i couldn't remember the colors. i only remember how she did the eyeliner. i did an eyeliner look based on this with silk naturals cream eyeliner in black berry. it's basically red. i have previously talked about it.
i bought mac eyeshadow in cranberry many years ago. i didn't know what got me to get to get this color. i didn't know how to use this color. it's a plummish color with very strong red tone. since i found out how cream liners stays better when set with eyeshadow, i thought this is a perfect color to set this red cream liner.

a closeup look of the line. as usual, the color in photo is lighter. i also brushed too much when layering the eyeshadow on the eyeliner so it faded a bit. but you should be able to see the basic shape.
i used to apply this cream liner with pointy brush. today i tried it with slant flat brush, which is used in most makeup tutorials on youtube. i think i got a better result with this. i could create a better wing with this brush!

now you can't really see the line with my eyes open. :( i probably should've drawn a thicker line, but was worried it may look too dramatic for office environment.
i know, sometimes i don't care. but sometimes i do! >.>

i use more or less the same products for my looks. sometimes i list them for my own reference. but sometimes i find it repetive. and some products are discontinued and i don't know if it's useless piece of information.
do you find product listing useful?
Generally I like that use listed your products that you use, so I can have an idea what to use whenever I'm doing my make up.
