rimmel soft kohl kajal eyeliners

rimmel soft kohl kajal eyeliner pencils in demin (dark navy), london (bright blue) and forest (dark green).

forest is an old one. i'm not too fond on it because it smudges badly on me, esp if applied on lower lashlines. i always end up looking a mess by mid-day. not a pretty sight!

on a closer look, the 2 new pencils look different than forest . they are shorter and differently labelled.

these pencils are really soft. because i'm more used to 'harder' pencils, i drew too hard and broke it... :/i can't use them when they're really sharp. i need to blunt them slightly.

after seeing this tutorial at shanghainese dumpling , i felt like giving it another chance. i was going to play with forest. but i bought the 2 blues last weekends because all rimmel eye products are $3 off at priceline . what a bargain!

look of the day

wearing demin eyeliner

i quite like the simple look.

bloom eye paint in rose was used applied on the eyes. bourjois liner clubbing liquid eyeliner in absolute black was applied on the top lashline and rimmel soft kohl eyepencil in demin was drawn on top of it.

the brush of this liquid eyeliner used was very very thin. perfect to create a very thin line. however i rarely use this because i prefer thicker eyeliners. thin liners just got hidden away when my eyes are opened.

on my lips, maybelline color sensational lipcolor in let me pink . i can't remember what gloss i used... :/

close up

i always have trouble showing my eyeliners in photos. thick liners don't even show up, let alone liners this thin.

i applied the liners lightly on my lower lashline. they do smudge slightly towards the end of the day. but it wasn't as messy as forest .
