it's a 5-uses-in-1 product, that can be used to highlight for the face, highlight for the body, mix with foundation for beautiful dewy skin, blush and temporary tan.

since i'm not a fan of tanned skin, you can cross out the 5th function.

this comes in 4 colors. i was sent angel mist and angel flame.

the illuminators swatched on my arms. both gives a nice pearly sheen.

both are great color choices for me. i've been using angel mist to highlight the bridge of my nose (to compensate what i'm not borned with) and the height of my cheeks, and angel flame as blush. as seen in some of my recent looks.

i prefer to use them under foundation, just to be safe... to tone down too much glow on the skin if too much products are used. i like the suble glow through foundation instead shining like a light bulb (ok that's a bit exaggerating...)

when mixing with foundation, on myself the best ratio is roughly 1 part illuminator and 3 parts foundation (for younger faces you can even try 1:1 or 1:2 for a nice glow). when setting with powder, i'll just concentrate on the t-zone and avoid the rest of the face as i want to keep the dewy glow. if you have oily t-zone i suggest avoiding illuminator from that area all together.

the product is in liquid form and hence the texture is very thin. be warned that it tends to dispense more than required. unless i need to apply it on my arms and chest, i just let the product drip a few drops and that's sufficient to apply on strategic locations on my face.
