today i played with another color i got from the special promotion of selected savvy by db products. eye liner in chocolate. it look dark brown, but from a distance it look kinda black. the consistency of this liquid eyeliner seems normal. so it looks like the one i opened yesterday was just some unlucky bad product.

i also tried out the eyeshadow from this selected promotion. since it's just $2, what can i loose. and guess what, it sucks. with too faced shadow insurance used, it still creased badly. :/

look of the day

another failed attempt to get the perfect wing. i wanted to do a dramatic wing but had to erase it because it winged at the wrong angle. the visible red line you see is silk naturals cream eyeliner in black cherry, to fix the uneven line drawned with liquid eyeliner.

savvy by db eyeshadow in peach was used to wash the whole eye area. it looked like pretty gold color more than peach. the color is very pretty but the stay power sucks.

i kept the bottom eyes clean. not even mascara. i don't like apply mascara to lower lash in most of my looks because i always mess it up and took forever to clean up.

again, thankfully the eye line didn't look too bad with eyes opened. in fact i quite like the look. sort of like the '40s and '50s feel. however all the pics don't justify what it looks like in real life. really hard when i don't have a dedicate time for taking pics on week days.

on my lips, revlon matte lipstick in fabulous fig with really red in the center.
