rimmel extra super lash mascara in electric blue.

apart from the color, which i think makeup companies should make more 'unconventional' colors, this is a pretty ordinary mascara.

it doesn't hold curls that well. my lashes fell straight down fairly quickly. but it doesn't smudge, considering that my lash probably blinked against my lower lids all day.

i need about 3 or 4 coats to get the color to show. but then it doesn't really show when there's not enough lights. when checking my lashes under the sun, they were so blue!

i think it will look good if i'm wearing blue contacts.

i did a more dramatic blue eye look than my previous attempt. you need a blue eye look to bring out more blues from the mascara.

for the blue lines, using rimmel soft kohl kajal eyeliner pencils in demin to line both top and lower lashline. and set it with the dark blue in elf eyeshadow palette in blue moon. the blue stands out more and the lines last longer.

i thought the color combination of this palette is weird. brown and blue? usually i associate browns with greens and pinks with blues. brown and lighter blues may look good, but with dark blue? i usually use colors from this palette separately, either brown or blue, because i didn't think browns and blues goes well.

since i have time to play with makeup today, i decided to try all colors from this for today's look. maybe because the browns looks so natural, the combination doesn't look too bad.

here's my look of the day. unless you're trying to kiss me, the look isn't very dramatic from a distance. you see some blues on the eyes, but the colors aren't very strong.

on my lips, sn lipstick in very berry and bourjois effect 3d cosmic lipgloss in #29, a very light pink. somehow this color combination doesn't look that good on me.

gde's eyeshadow in aqua foil was applied and blended on the eyes. top lash was lined with savvy by db liquid eyeliner in blue berry. and the eyelashes were coated with rimmel mascara in electric blue.
