this must be some popular accessory in asia, as i've seen quite a number of asian makeup gurus put this on their hair. at first i thought it's hairclip, but it looked too soft. they just stick it on the hair and it stays.
i probably know what it is if i have gone to asian countries. since i've not been to overseas for years, i have no idea. i don't know what it's called so i don't know what keyword to ask google.
while browsing ebay, i spot pictures of these pads on hairs. so these are made from velcros, no wonter it easily sticks on hair. as usual, i order the cheapest one from the list.
if you don't already know, just do a search with 'fringe velcro'.

each package comes with 2 pieces of velcro pads. i bought 5 packages for less than $2. what a great value!

the back of package with instruction in japanese.the bottom of package (not photographed) printed 'made in china'.

the velcro pad.

i wish i had known about these babies sooner!
it's a pain trying to keep my hair out of my face. my fringes are long but they fall straight in front of my face. though i usually leave them this way when i go out, i always pin my hair back when i'm at home. the downside of using hairclips is, it usually leave a permanent mark on my hair. the hair also lost its body after being clipped in place for a long period of time.
the pad just easily sticks in place and doesn't leave marks. they're easy to pull off without pulling out your hair.
now i can keep my face hair free when putting on makeup. and keep them from falling down when washing face.
i love these pads!

even pretty girl likes it!
