remington bedhead tool

remington bedhead tool. it comes with 2 tools. a large curling iron and this crimp. i bought this 6+ years ago. it's probably no longer available since i can't find much information about it.

i rarely blog about hair because i'm not fuss about it. and having short hair, there's nothing much can be done. not to mention i didn't do much with my hair when i had long hair!

in addition, throughout my life i've been told curly hair does not suit me and i'm best to stay with straight hair. i've learned my lessons so many times. having straight hair is so boring... i just want to do something about it!

i've not touched it for years. but i decided to play with it because i was really bored at home. i know i should be cleaning up and tidying up the place but i was sick, and still sick...

... and i remember why i should not curl my hair

be warned what you're going to see...

lion head?

immediately after crimping my hair. please excuse my unmakeup face. it was late evening and i wasn't going anywhere.

i have a lot of hair. i also have a big head. when you add these 2 together, my head became huge !

i threw the box away already, but if i remember correctly, i remember it showed photo of pretty wavy hair. i had long hair at the time and it looked nothing like the box! oh yes, that's why i've not touched this gadget for ages!

the look with remington bedhead tool

the hair sort of settled down overnight. so i transformed from a lion to one of those doggies with fluffy fur...

look of the day

i used the wet and wild greed palette . just to give it another chance, because i was so in love with it when i first saw it. i also didn't use all the colors in the palette. it wasn't fair to jump to conclusion.

look of the day with wnw greed

i opted for a simple look because... as you can probably guess, it's the weekend.

i mainly use the top-right color from the palette, which looks liliac-ish but is more greyished when applied. the shimmery grey was used at the outer corner of the eyes. i also used the matte black on the brows and as eyeliners.

when i used this palette a few days ago , the staying power sucks. primer was used.there was a visible crease by mid-day!! but today, with the same primer (i used too faced shadow insurance) the color was still there after 6 hrs! it only creased slightly when i removed my makeup at night.

using the matte black as brow powder wasn't a good idea. this color didn't stay long. my brow was a mess after a few hours. my eyeliners with this color also faded very quickly. maybe eyebrow gel or wax is required? i have neither products... i never really needed them.

it's funny how the same shadows on the same set have different consistency and staying power. need better quality control?

simple look with wnw greed

on my lips, bourjois healthy mix natural lipstick in rose delicat. one of my favorite lipsticks!
