by the look of it, we should be getting lots of rains. it should fill out our dams. but our dams are constantly only 1/2 filled. i'm not sure if we're still in drought or not.

don't trust the chart. the calendar is constantly filled up with rainfall. it's been more or less similar for the past few months. it didn't rain as much in realty.
